I love this game. It reminds me a lot of Vendetta Online. I went over to Steam and bought it there. (I already owned it on Desura but who knows what's going to happen to that entity). I really hope you come out with a sequel. I've always loved the X Series (Egosoft), Freelancer, Elite, Evocron Mercenary, etc. There aren't enough of these games! Most space games are 4x strategy games, or survival horror games. Or they employ turn based combat, which i find frustrating. I'm not really that into hunting for zombies. I'd rather explore space, trade, mine and hunt for pirates). This is truly a work of art. I'm so thrilled you put Astrox on Steam - I upvoted and have been following it all along. Wonderful, awe inspiring game.
Stuck at Starbase. Also, if I open my inventory, I get stuck with that window. It won't close unless I reload the game, meaning i lose all my progress. Oh well.
Great little game! A "fix" for those of us who miss the space adventure games. I like the fact that the welcome mission is not so difficult that you feel inadequate 5 minutes into the game. I don't enjoy games that are so hard that I cannot have fun. This has good tutorials and a simple interface. I don't miss annoying repetitive music. The graphics are a little simplistic, but that's a minor concern. Overall, I hope that GG99 continues to work on this game. WHAT POTENTIAL!
