1. How long are you looking at for the loading screens? A minute or two, 5 minutes, more?
2. We have had a lot of reports of lag, we're looking into this at the moment, hopefully we'll get it fixed soon
3. Have you got up to date drivers for your graphics card?
4. Very hard to balance, some people say that the AI are dumb while others say they're too hard. The AI is adjusted according to the players who enter the match and the AI levels are determined by the level of the players going in. It they are still too hard then maybe we need to scale them down a bit...
5. We're always looking for feedback on the pricing, we'll take your suggestion into account when reviewing the pricing, thanks
6. They already lose their rewards which is bad enough punishment, we plan to bring in a system to expose publicly players who quit and so it may harm their reputation. Quitting players is annoying stick with it :)
