It doesn't matter how many classes you take you have to click the patient profile then if your not a student look a little above the med school sign and determine which sickness they have

P.S Easy way for infinite TeslaCoils and Energy is to get an Oil/Natural Gas Building and build 5 or 6 Natural Gas Factories then you need atleast 3 Metal Mines
