Thank you for making this short but sweet game. Too many devs nowadays try to make games take forever. It's nice to just be able to enjoy a game and actually finish it. xD Kudos on having multiple endings as well!
This game was so simple, easy and fun that it made me want to get 100%. It's been a long time since a game did that. Great job. :D (Now please go make more! haha)
Fun game. Crazy amount of lag though. Bizarre considering I have a machine that runs HQ Skyrim with 200+ mods smoothly only to stutter on a flash game. :/
Very cool that you're developing games. Now you just need to get that "fun" factor down in your game. :D If you're trying to design a game to make us play for 3 months before we can do anything meaningful, you're coding way too far out there. This is Kongregate. A lot of us are looking for games we can enjoy in the first hour we play them.
Gold gain is way too slow. There's no real ramp up. Just painful slowness. Good idle games ramp up quickly, then plateau at an interesting place, then ramp up again, and plateau. Bad idle games are just slow and usually require click spamming to make any kind of meaningful progress. There are a lot of bad idle games out there.
Suggestion: Don't have reducing gains on speed past 1%. At 33 to 34 speed the gain is less than 1% so at that point speed and income are no longer in competition, only income makes sense, since income gives 1% xp and 2% memory. Arguably speed is always the bad choice, since the tapping gives 5% of the bar statically, which means the more points you put in speed the less you're getting off per tap. 20 taps is 100% no matter what. Now if a tap were just 500 ms off the timer statically, then speed would be comparable to income. Or if speed were statically 2% off, that would make it comparable too.
Right now though, income is really the only one that makes sense. :/
Really enjoying the track you picked. I don't mind listening to it over and over, which is kind of creeping me out... but in a good way! Makes me wanna play more space games. haha xD
It's just a shame developers can't find proof readers for their text files so that the English doesn't sound so... well bad. Games can be great, but if every time a native English speaker reads something in pseudo-English they end up cringing it takes a lot away from enjoying a game.
These art assets are great, but where's the game? Exponential costs for fixed improvements = grind for the same gain = really boring game play. There are no real options. If you don't max out your health, you get one shotted. If you don't max out your heals, you get 2 shotted. If you don't max out your slow you get 2 shotted. The levels inbetween are irrelevant, other than taking up time. An idle game is "fun" when you can min max it and come at it with different strategies. This game is a series of "have to's" or you're screwed. So disappointed.
This game is absolutely adorable. I don't really get the thinking behind the pet. When I bought him, over the banker, I figured I'd get another neat party member to upgrade, not a static integer numerator.
The powers would be a lot cooler if they were based on levels of the click abilities or party member abilities rather than being on a separate currency. Like say, 10 Attack Click gives you the first power, 25 the next. Or even bigger numbers, 50 or 100 if the game could be sped up. :D
