I like it! I'm excited to see what features get added.
I don't know what direction you want to go with it, nadiakasper24, but in case you're looking for ideas:
-A little extra money given for the differently colored lines we reach
-Boosters, that can be used but then have a cooldown period
-Some other action to do (like dodging or shooting asteroids)
-Aesthetic customization options that cost ridiculous amounts of money, so there's some goals for us to go for
I glad you are digging it! I'll touch on each of your points in order. Extra money for the distance thresholds: Already planned. Boosters: I was thinking of calling it a warp system, but definitely planned. Some other action: I dunno...people are already complaining about being able to hold a button for extra progress...seriously though, I do have some plans in mind for things like combat, etc. Aesthetic Customization: I hadn't thought of this. Different skins, different ships, maybe even little emblems or whatever that you can add to your ship. Now personally, I like to have functionality in everything, so even the aesthetic purchases will impact SOMETHING. Thanks you for the constructive feedback, and a big thank you for playing! :D
Good, simple. Maybe a little bit too simple, if anything, but it's a good little time killer.
I'd add more powerups if I were you. (Speed+, Size-, Screen Clear, etc)
And you could have points you earn, that you can spend on different colors for your background and dot, or something.
That's what I would need to give this 5 stars...but it's a solid 4 stars for now, and I like it a lot.
Sorry, I realize I made a lot of suggestions there, I just see potential. :)
Taking the time to actually explain how your game works will make it easier to swallow for the general audiences. The concept is pretty good, you just need to do some clean up and make it pretty.
Thanks a ton for checking it out! I had plans for adding more direction for players in the future, and since a lot of people seem to not understand what they're meant to do I'll push this to the top of my list.
When you get maxed, the stores should still do something. The armor shop gives a repair (perhaps overpriced, to use up the abundant $?), the weapon shop gives a boost (less than a divine edge, but still extra damage?)...or something like that.
Could you make an option for the filter in crafting to only display cards i can actually create? It gets quite dull, clicking on each one to find something i have the materials for.
