In my opinion, this is one of the best games on Kongregate. I have now wasted a good seven hours of my life taking back the city. The multiple story lines make what could be rather monotonous game play interesting. Never found out what happens with the mad scientist though...
Another game where the developer expects gamers to shell out an extortionate amount of money for a flash game. I wouldn't pay this much for a full PC game, with hours of play time. Cover costs and making a small profit is fine. This is greedy.
