@qwertz73355a I can't imagine that leveling to 65 is an effective strategy for farming lore. Typically, pre change lore farming I could reset about every 20 seconds, about 7 resets per reincarnation, and averaging maybe 700 lore per reset. That's around 2000 lore a minute. I don't recall exactly how much lore expeditions gave, but I know it never came close to that rate.
@BizarreWraith, crafting lore hasn't slowed at all. It's sped up. In fact, it looks like they sped it up multiple ways. Lets' say you get 50 lore per fame point. Old system would be you reincarnate, score a quick 20 point (1000 lore) reset, get maybe 18, then 16, etc. By level 11, when you can reincarnate again, you might be getting 10 points, or 500 lore. Now, you can guarantee that 500 lore, with a chance at getting double. Also, the lore per point ramps up as you level, but I'm not sure if that predated the other changes. Now, you have the OPTION of going for other rewards, but you can always slide the sliders left to opt out of them if you don't want them.
A little help for people who think crafting lore has slowed, first off, you can adjust where your roll zone is to always get lore. When you get the big double lore area, you are assured double lore for normal grinding levels. Since the change, both lore and blueprints are faster once you get your strategy down. I went from leveling prints up to 30 before merging to 40, and I'm getting blueprints a LOT faster even still.
@gex87 @wolfspirit25 No idea then. I ended without getting far enough into that reset as well, but mine is showing 3 medals earned. Have you submitted a bug report?
@gex87 it goes by what you've had in storage rather than what you produced. if you set vendors before the last one cycled, you can prevent items from ever making it to storage.
Anyone get close to completing the event without time warps? I was using some boosters I had saved and a few 1 hour time warps to get things setup before idle stretches. The start of it was going quick, but realized I wasn't going to hit the last medal without burning some big time warps.
@bls235711 I'm expecting 2 more event items over the course of the event. At 33% chance of getting the missing one, I've got about a 56% chance of getting what I need.
I'm aware that the blueprint results are too random currently and I hope that I can improve this with the next expedition changes. Don't worry when you don't get the missing blueprint during the event, you will be able to get them through other ways in a couple of weeks.
@totient, most advanced clovers will automatically be sorted to the top left. If you keep filling from the top left most spot, you should eventually fill an orange one. You could also possibly play with your monitor settings and see if you can find a color balance that let's you distinguish them based on light/dark. Try dropping the red levels first.
@cueballkev your math is off. The odds of missing a 17% chance 5 times in a row is .83^5. There should have been a 60% chance of him getting one or more in five tries (yeah, statistics aren't intuitive). He had a 40% chance of getting one in the second event, and an 80% chance on the third. The running odds of him striking out on all three of those events would be about 4%. Now the above is if he rerolled the pack each time. Which would be stupid. If there's one in the pack, you have a 55% chance of getting one by the 5th attempt. Doing it that way, he would have a 97% chance of getting one.
