Clever? Definitely. Good game? Absolutely. Melancholy? Very. Tears? Why??
This story is about a man who fell into infinite abyss of darkness unto himself after he murdered his wife, for unknown reasons, and his shrink reporting it. The man murdered. His own loving wife. Now he misses her. And you think this is moving. I find it. Very. Very. Disturbing. Renewed my view on mental disabilities. How disturbing they can be. Good game, untasteful ending.
One point I'd like to this awesome awesome game is that, while awesome, the game's pace is too fast for me. I'm kind of a slow thinker, and it'd be great if there was a button for me to control each day, so I'll press this "next day" button to let time pass while thinking strategies; with that being said, I don't mind this fast-pace either, because, in real life, there's no such button and time flies by, so, either way, good game. Did I even have a point?
The game mechanism is quite ...... simple, and lacks the element of surprise.
Items, bird secretions (wait, Wat??!!), and ants (or else, if you get the idea) can make this a much more challenging game, and perhaps, frustrate people even more from angles they did not expect (it's alotmorefunthatway)
do you think Birdie isn't cute? :)
