lol...
"...but when they stick a hot rake into your butt, you will change your mind."
Between trying to keep it all ages and translating languages, there are some good ones in the game.
Playing the storyline, keep getting wacked after taking out the base in the NE (after loosing the awesome escort).
Suggestions on recovering before getting swarmed?
Good game. Hard badge should be impossible. I used 4 darts w/pierce, then 2 bombs w/damage, then ~6-8 boomerangs w/multi, 4 more bombs w/damage, a few more boomerangs w/multi & a super for good measure. Split the towers into 2 quadrants one at middle right, one at middle left.
Took forever. TD games will not conquer me! Immaculate Desk
Dude! You just completed the Immaculate Desk achievement in Desktop Tower Defense 1.5 and won the Immaculate Desk badge and 60 points!
Defeat 1st Boss: Max armor, 1 repair, 1 advanced building (like just cannon), other skills should help you call support & fire quickly w/o running out.
In game, build more buildings whenever you get the chance. After the first couple of waves, don't be afraid to call support repeatedly - you won't run out of points. The final boss will not be able to wipe you out the first time through, so you'll get a second chance.
woohoo. top score on hard for the week. (not like anyone is there.) laser chain was doing over 300B per hit at ~lvl 500. had a black hole backup just in case, but must've fallen behind after I upped the speed to 200%. only made it to wave 575.
Some say too hard. Others, too easy. Sounds like it's about right. It has a learning curve, even with particular opponents, but that just adds to the challenge. It might take me 5 or 6 tries to figure out an opponent. It's kind of like a timed puzzle challenge.
Great game. Lvl 2 was pretty tough until I slowed down and really tried to match my clicking speed/choices w/ my opponent. On Lvl 5 now, and still good.
