Not being able to research for each building of the same type makes this game far too tedious to play. having to select each cannon and increase it's range individually is a very silly problem.
I feel it's to mock Christianity. To listen to god and follow everything the bible says makes life boring, challenging and sometimes un-reasonable(throwing yourself into the pit). In the end "god" always loves you.
