thought the dev said he decreased the requirement for the 'No Upgrade" achievement from 30 to 10? if so then why is it still at 30?

Maybe in the future. But for now, thats an extremly surefire way to abuse/chest the game. I am working on Cloud Saves though, which I assume eliminate the need for Import/Export.
