It's a pretty good game, but the hit detection is off and the ship doesn't move fast enough to avoid shots from less than half the width of the screen.
This is a pretty good game. (If you want to earn cash & BP quickly, stack waves by clicking 'next wave' more than once. Once you have the lasers + extra cash, you can stack 3-6 waves at a and do them all at once. It gets pretty intense, but doable if you only defend from one base, and use the shortcut keys and rotate through your turrets, upgrading them as you go. For lasers, the best order is faster reload, range, faster shots, power, beam length.)
Not a bad game. It's /way/ too easy if you stick with lightening + sniper, though. I didn't even upgrade my tech until after wave 100, and I stopped playing at wave 118 because I had filled all but a couple of dozen squares with towers & factories, and my whole computer was lagging.
