So don't know which patch but .357-.359 one of those now make it where when I rebirth all of my equipment stats go back to 0 and thus stuck not rebirthing as they're quite high and would take forever to get back up and would affect me quite a bit.
it sounds like you have gear which has a boss requirement to gain its full effect. try defeating some bosses!
