Great work, I wanna suggest a feature.
Put info about attack/defense per second to manage which strategy on training. A comparative about gold vs time vs benefit from augments could be useful too, It helps visualize the best option of investment of time.

You should get auto-capacity extender very soon, which will buy capacity when energy overflows, so that's not a problem. Balls will also bonuce for days and weeks, so you can leave them for several days and they will continue bouncing offline. Later on idle becomes one of the most effective strategies (idle bonuses, tube abilities to auto-buy upgrades). But at the start, yeah, it's not so much idle.
Farm maps are supposed to be a challenge, like raids :) Each level gives 1 extra XP per defeated enemy, and each 10th gives you Ancient Artifacts, so they are not given away for free :) What do you think about it? We are open to all kinds of suggestions regarding that, best posted on our suggestion and bug tracker (because there it doesn't get lost as easily as in comments or chat).
True, he probably shouldn't appear if he has nothing to sell. What happens is that you've temporarily run out of things to buy. Certain parts of his stock are only unlocked once you've reached certain points in the game (crafting mats when you unlock the Dwarven Runesmith, etc.).
