After somehow ripping this poor guys lungs out, I dropped a hammer on his ribs and they went everywhere. In a desperate attempt to perform the transplant and get it over with, I tried sawing the heart out. After a few seconds of the game telling me I was using a saw, I heard a random splat, and he was dead.
