I've been following this all the way, and I still love this game. Great work, and it's much more balanced than it was then... though the unlockable planes are still a tinge more powerful than the other ones, maybe that was just the pilots skills? Bravo, Niallith. ^^
The name is completely unrelated, and it draws quite a lot of references from Tower of Greed... nonetheless, very enjoyable. I forgot what my high score was, heh.
This game sucks so far. It's a good thing you're going along the Anti-Idle's style though; I know you'll update it alot. So saying it's a bad thing "so far" is like saying baby's don't know how to talk; it'll only take time. I'll raise my rating as you add features, but for now the game is rated "1/5", for all that's worth. Don't worry, people (like me) will rate higher as you increase the number of features. :3
I love the music and the concept so much that I just have to love the game... even if it gets ridiculous after a while! The randomly generated enemies can be very unkind at times, and the level three turrets fire too fast for me to handle. The electric enemy who shoots when you're near is a very nice way to apply the swinging for purposes other than multiplier, but the eletric enemy that shoots no matter where they're at is just annoying. Needs... a lot of work, but it's pretty amazing as is.
There are a ton of annoying glitches, the upgrades are fairly useless (except cookie speed teleport, which let me magically go anywhere by clicking enough) and it doesn't save very well (only a few times will it remember my levels). I can get infinite level portals on the tutorial by having the refrigerator touch it.
That being said, the levels are cleverly designed and well thought out, the weird graphics complement eachother in a weird stream-of-thought way, the music has a nice feel (if a bit repetitive), and it made me go WTF the whole way through. 4/5 game, only marked down due to the excess of glitches.
It's nothing great, but thank you for making it. I didn't have much fun with it, and I was able to breeze through most levels without looking back, but the difficulty curve was nice and easy enough. I let my little brother (six years old) play the game, and he had a lot of fun. A few levels I had to help him out with. Thank you for making this; it was a good way to spend a bit of time with my bro. ^^
It glitches a lot less now, which is nice... but not much else to say yet. Good job in the quick progress for the game. Just a couple of things: Connection, not Connexion, Zred rockets are two hit kills (way too cheap!), and I can still do a quick u-turn by moving my cursor just right. You're on a good track though. ^^
Click/drag move, co-op games (possibly?) and a bit of bug fixing, please. There are times, specifically when the default move marker is resting on where the enemy is, that I can't change where I move, just my weapons.
Also, change the Ice up a little bit. It's just like the Zred with its weapons- give it a bit of distinction. Perhaps a shot that goes out in a wave that freezes enemies?
A few complaints. One is that there's no real progression. What am I really doing with my points? And the challenge things weren't really an extra challenge - they're NECESSARY. No level feels different from the rest, and there's no unlockables really.
Also, when I reach a goal a whole minute earlier than expected, there's no way to just end the round. I have to sit and stare stupidly for a minute.
