1Choose "Realistic". It's not known if it works in relaxed mode.
2Choose "Parasite". Name it whatever you wish or desire.
3Go to "Disease". Sell whatever starting symptom you get.
4Gradually increase your resistances. Everything should be infected within 10 minutes or so.
5Make sure you max out "Drug Resistance". By the time everything gets infected, they will start working on a vaccine.
