every shot, even the first, adds +5 seconds to the total time... would make more sense if that "penalty" is given only for the shots over par.

i rlly would like to know, where the additional time is wasted that is added to every shot and is showed as "total". f.e.: 43.90 sec. round time and 63.90 sec. total. why the +20 sec.?
