@Klashta I believe it was a girl because women are more likely to offer comfort or to console one in a time of need. She represents a safe haven, somewhere for the narrator to find refuge when he's feeling insecure or down from the constant pressures of life (Air Pressure). The narrator is a guy, they show it in the first frame of the game. The sexes could be swapped, but I don't feel it would have the same impact. Loved this game, played through and chose every option in order to understand it more thoroughly. Never partook in physical self-harm, but on a social and emotional level, could completely relate.
GLITCH: Find a cat, throw it in the machine, reset game before machine explodes. When the machine would have exploded, you will get -1 machines, draining your tangerines, but gain a cat way before you should be able to afford it. It will give you a major headstart on speed achievements.
Someone needs to make a full-length, console-quality, super-deep RPG based around this/the Lufia 2 Ancient Cave (what this game originally got the inspiration from).
Should add descriptions of what the suffixes of triumphant swords do. Currently figured out:
"of Auras": Bonus damage to all swords
"of Growth": Starts incredibly fast, gets slower with time. Upgrading any stat rerolls the speed to original.
"of Craft": Drastically increases crafting.
Too easy. Just make 1 "striker" and 2 tanks with AP items. Skip your first turn and get 20 AP on the next, combo the enemy's face off only using your striker.
I've got to try this. Update: Damn that's a cool exploit. Every1 should try it before I fix it!
