My problem with the game, is that the differences between strength and speed are not explained by the game. Such as I found my colonies with beetles did not seem stronger then the ants on lvl 4. Only in the field between the colonies did they do well. Fix the mechanics of the game, or give us detailed charts what each species is good for and how strong and fast.
Very slow pace game, several steps in the sequences could be removed to speed up the game. Beginning of the game is sub par, their is no way to tell how strong an enemy is except by lvl, or if their is, it is not show in the tutorial. 2/5 Will change my opinion if the game gets better.
Oh, and not only does the computer do all of this, it cheats also, I have had a sniper killed while cloaked, by a regular German soldier, who had a rifle, who was far away. I've had spec ops killed by the same German soldiers, I assume you don't know what spec ops do in actual warfare either, from how poorly implemented they were. I feel this game as it currently is, is a complete and utter insult to gamers playing it. On a side note, I personally almost feel like you're trying to insult the allied forces during World War 2. 1/5 wish I could give a 0.
With that guessing system you can have several of your troops die, not only this, but the game doesn't even tell you what units do well in what buildings. And the supposed help your getting from crates, is utter nonsense. I have had more crates land on the enemy side, then anywhere close to my side. Also, more often then not my troops will randomly toss a grenade to destroy the supply crate when no enemies are around.
Not only can you be whipped out by grenades. Your troops will never throw their grenades even in a time of crisis, and miss even more with their grenades then they do with their guns. Also jeeps are a complete waste of tp, they can not run over troops, (weak) They can not even fire at all until they level up (supposed lvl ups) And for the price of 2 of these you could of had a tank. The bunkers and other things you can build, it doesn't say if your units are actually in them you have to guess.
Okay, let me explain why, people are saying they hate this game, for one, no matter what for most people the accuracy between your troops and the enemies is 5 points at least in their favor. The enemy can hit you randomly with a rocket troop as the first unit, as it did to me. You can randomly be whipped out by grenade spamming by the enemy.
Why do you have the attack buttons in such a weird place, why not use the space and shift buttons? If you wanted to be original try using E and Q something actually comfortable to press and quick when you're playing a game. Also add a pause button to the game, it'll make life happier for many people who play your game.
Please fix this game, grammatically it gave me a headache. The controls seemed ridiculous, probably because I'm used to using awsd for my directional keys and space bar to shoot...so I can do it quickly and without getting confused. The How to play page, seemed drawn out and not helpful at all. So far this game doesn't impress me, but I will reserve judgment till revisions are made.
You've earned the horrid badge from me, I honestly can't stand to try and play this game a second time, not even for a badge, it's even more annoying then the unfair platformer. The elephant rave was nearly just as horrid and annoying, but this honestly takes the cake.
I thought the concept was neat, except the fact your trying to go against a computer in basically a game of luck at times. With no hint button at where some good combinations might be, or a decent enough tutorial, to say that if you get a stack of 5 it doesn't do anything, or what things your character are weak to. Has a lot to be desired, I find this game to be sub par. 2/5
I still feel that the newer classes are still to weak, suggestions, give more options to the summons, the barbarian has a few to many condition only abilties, and the jostle doesn't seem incredibly important. Also, could you please, please, please add more special events to the game and how frequent they happen.
Just so you guys know, badges typically come out when a game is near done adding improvements and such, the only reason, this game doesn't have badges is cause he keeps improving it for us to enjoy. So chill, have a nice break, come back after a while, and enjoy the game all over again.
For the game, I felt the idea was good, the graphics were good, but when you gave the next quest, it would say nothing at times, the building options got rather limited very fast, and the waves needed to be timed better, also why can traps not be repaired but only upgraded? Seems a bit weird. It was still a mostly enjoyable experience, and will be a great game with some more work.
