To not have as many wait times play as a wizard. Once you reach Teir 2 (lvl 8) there's a number of cards that restore energy and health. The rogue and fighter classes have very few ways to restore energy and negate damage like a wizard.
In the first games you were able to get a skill every lvl, which seemed about right since they only gave a very small advantage individually. This time after playing the first 3 maps I'm still only 1/3 of the way to my first skill. Like everyone keeps saying fix the gold/exp gained per lvl.
Diseases that spread by insect and/or rodent should have some chance to jump borders (including small bodies of water, ie South Africa to Madagascar) even when border are closed. Also governments don't shut down their borders against diseases, even pandemics, with no or minor symptoms, i.e. the common cold or HPV.
So if someone closes their web browser the game continues to count down the turn and then you have to wait an additional 60 seconds before declaring yourself victor? Why? It's not like someone could reopen their browser and reconnect to the same game.
Another thing to do for the epic bosses, in addition to moving your big gems down the line so the boss has to go past them again, is to use all of your tower gems for gem bombs which should do huge dmg to it. If it has 1/2 health or less it shouldn't have a chance
played to lvl 6 in arcade. Killed the first and possibly second wave of enemies then just waited around for a few more minutes expecting another wave. None came. Why did this glitchy POS get badges and a card?
And to those saying that this is like starcraft: All RTS's are based on the same elements of gathering, building, and upgrading. So no complaints about that.
