I can not get my raid rewards. The rewards are blank. I have contacted game support directly, and have not received a response. Do you accept money from players and provide no support?

The new patch changed the way PVP queue works, players can no longer play missions while waiting in the queue. This will make it even harder to find PVP matches in this game, and more players will leave!!! Also, please put a "rematch" option for PVP matches
Playing levels while waiting for pvp or the possibilitiy to cancel a match was creating a lot internal errors and problems with the matchmaking, on the other hand we have improved how the matchmaking works now and we have plans on investing in marketing to get more players into the game, so we are confident the PvP queue will work much smoother now... we will see!
