Alright guys, I found a money glitch. In the ship upgrades screen you can buy a missile drag it down to sell and it sells it. But the sell button stays lit up so you can click it for an extra $3000. I hope this helps.
So i went looking for weapons and survivors on the second day. I had nobody with me, and it said I lost 1 survivor. So apparently when you get lost it counts as losing a survivor.
