For those confused, the television screens in the upgrade menu turn on when you reach them and you use kongpanions which you can switch out on the screen before any launch to give bonus stats. +2 to their assigned stat for unearned, +4 for earned and +6 for shiny. Hopefully this prevents at least a few comments asking about them.
First time loading this, I heard the sound of the game infinitely loading, it would seem. Just kept sounding the intro over and over while I sat at the main menu unable to click anything without terrible lag and hearing these overlapping echoing sounds of the game starting up overtop of tons of bullets firing. A single refresh fixed the problem, but a previous commenter or two also mentioned something similar. If you encounter this, at least try refreshing before complaining. Though this shouldn't be a problem in the first place.
