If it wasn't for the constant crashes, it's a pretty servicable game. Prices are predatory, it's ludicrously expensive. If you were to want to play for the badges, don't do any weekly/monthly packs. You'll probably get the badge in like a month if you play daily.
Focus on netting events, heroes in events are cheaper, and you can stock up. on gems and splurge for your favourite hero. Some legendary heroes are more OP than others, if it asks you to pick a hero for an event, do read the descriptions of the heroes first, the skills that a hero has will be more OP than others, choose these heroes. Like say Aharin Gods Will might probably be better than Alexandria or Prince Nod.
Just a small suggestion, xcvb is too close together and it's a bit awkward when pressing the buttons because my hand is a little big.
How about giving them a short separation? xcnm is probably a good alternative, or askl maybe?

Every time I play this game, I feel like I am the dot, falling down to infinite space, dodging obstacles while my head seemed to look downwards always. God, I think I'm high from playing this game...
