the achievement convulsions (click 35 times in a second for +5% DPS) is posisble. Enable mouse keys (somewhere in control panel and ease of access or access centre for windows 7) this will enable keypad '+' for a double click and keypad '5' for a single click. Activate clickstorm and mash left mouse button, '5' and '+' and it should work.
Consider changing the affinities to better represent the colour wheel i.e. purple being a mix of blue and red rather than blue and green. this would only require the positions of blue and purple to be reversed and would be much more intuitive.
When low on health back yourself into a corner and kill the next monster(s) that comes at you and don't pick up the loot. This loot will effectively block other monsters from attacking you until you regenerate.
