No pause. Dude how in the hell can you make a non-pausable game.
And the area you move around in needs to be smooth, seems every time I move I get stuck on something and have to move in some other direction to get around an invisible thing.
Note to game designer: hover popups are really incredibly highly annoying. Don't do them. having stupid little message boxes popping up at random when we move the mouse around is distracting, let us CLICK for popups, or better yet DON'T popup, set aside some screen space for info and stick it all there.
The first game blew, this game blows. Waaaaaaaaaaaay too randomized in the stupid way. My second monster encounter is a wraith and vampire and a lord somebody. And of course the UI seems specifically designed to be boring. This could be a card I skip as the game is just too painful to be worth the trouble.
This game would be much better if everything on the game screen was smaller, you can basically see nothing on the map and spend most of your time shifting your view around.
Who came up with this card where we have to play two incredibly stupid completely lame games to get it? They're hooking cards to a lot of crappy games lately.
This game is a fine shining example of why steer the bouncing ball games are lame. There's no way to find out how any of the levels work (which way is gravity going, what to those things do, where the goal) without failing over and over and over. The core of this type of game isn't skill, either with brains or fingers, but patience, it's all about how long you're willing to put up with it. I have annoying co-workers to test that, games are supposed to be fun.
Holly crap does this game ever blow. Too loud, crappy music, a stupid story that you have to click through to get to the actual game play, and then the game SUCKS and clearly isn't worth the clicking to get through the idiot story. Who actually played the first three enough to inspire them to make another?! Bad gamers no biscuit.
This game sucks in every possible way. The music blows and can't be turned off (note to all game makers, 99% of all game music blows, stop trying), I'm never on a screen long enough to figure out what the hell is going on, and there's no logical point to the thing.
It's got potential, a few less bells and whistles are needed, the game gets in it's own way.
Too tall, barely fits in 1024x768 with 2 toolbars. Also that tooltip method is distracting, make popups all over the place, and can't see the first letter in any of the towers because it's under the cursor. Should be able to proceed without that window in the way, it's OK you can construct through it but it's nicer if you can build with nothing hiding the map.
