Hi Djx9,
This kind of problem is normally linked to a bad connectivity. But it could be you or your opponent who is having the problem...
You can check how good or bad connection you have, by reading the latency/ping value you will find on the upper center area of the screen, while on the Game Lobby. Latency below 100ms are considered good (bounding box green), up to 200ms average (bounding box orange), and beyond 200ms is poor (bounding box red). BasketDudes may still play fairly well with up to 250ms, but the playing experience may be overall not good for any of the two teams playing. If your latency values are below 200ms (on average), then the problem is probably at your rivals end. We strongly advise connecting to those servers where you have good ping, so the chances of playing under good conditions are greatly improved and avoid this kind of issues. Hope that helps ;)

Hi Djx9!
We wish also there was such a way... :))) ...Unfortunately, most of the times it is truly beyond our control, although more often than it may seem, it is within players reach to minimize lag and connectivity related issues (eg. shutting down any streaming applications; avoid having too many tabs opened on your web browser; playing through wi-fi and far from your router; to name a few...). If it may help, we have a Latency Guide that provides some hints to attempt minimizing high latency: http://www.basketdudes.com/game-guide/latency/
Hi Djx9,
Thanks for reporting us about this. Could you please send us an email to support@bitoon.com providing some more details, so we can attempt reproducing and fixing the issue you're experiencing? Many thanks in advance for your help and support! :)
