Why is there only one upgrade priced in the sextillions? There's a bunch of everything up to quintillion, a single sextillion, and then straight to septillion. Was that deliberate or an oversight?
Let me see if I understand the protection rating system. The base rate from armor stacks, so if you have body armor worth 5 and gloves worth 5, your base rate is 10. But bonus protection from magical items does not stack, so if you have a ring with a bonus of 3 and an amulet with a bonus of 2, your bonus rate is only 3 because it overrides the 2. Am I right?
Okay, I just noticed the tiny red bar in the corner for the inventory, which is something at least, but not really enough. Numbers would be much more helpful.
There should be some sort of inventory indicator. I have no idea how much space I have, and the only way to know how much I'm carrying is to go in and count.
And why am I homeless? I maxed out my house in the last game and got the award that gives you a higher-level house in future chapters. Well, it's a future chapter, and where's my house? Higher level, lower level, any level? Admittedly, I haven't gotten very far in the game due to the the bug I mentioned, so does it show up later? Is it going to show up in the third chapter? I worked hard to earn that house, dammit!
Also, how is the store actually WORSE than in the last game? Sequels are supposes to IMPROVE on the previous game. I don't do much crafting so I don't mind the lack of materials so much, but really, this is ridiculous. The store becomes completely useless less than halfway through, even faster than in the first game. You could upgrade the store in Pet Protector, so we know the designers know how to do that; why are they going backwards?
There is the red bar in the lower-left corner, but you've already seen it ;)
