can someone post a guide to the hard badge? i've tried it like 10 times and i can never get further than lvl 30 - my technique is to start with dart monkeys, get four upgraded to piercing darts, then tack my way to bombers, which i upgrade with bigger bombs. i really don't think there's anything wrong with my technique, but whenever those damn black bloons start coming in full force i get boned
this game should have a plot - not just running around conquering cities. that said, the game was fun until i got the black samurai - then it became way too easy
YES - i beat orbox - level 21 was annoying, hardest level was 18, and the last level (25) was just plain fun. great game - now to complete orbox b! still stuck on level 28...
the game is not great - 2/5 only because you're chopping off heads. not that difficult to get the card either, but definitely decrease your screen resolution otherwise the game is way to small to win. plus the blue indicator for your cursor is nearly invisible - big negative since this is how you move in the game.
yeah... and wtf is up with those "stinky beans" - i don't appreciate enemies who damage me by virtue of their ability to walk around and bob their heads like retards - "dur dur dur - ha ha you is dead" - especially the small ones... wtf
For those of you having difficulty getting 3000+ km putts: I suggest you go to the third level on the starburst cup - i've gotten better than 3k twice on this level without trying to. just aim for it to hit the planet with the hole on it, and if this is done with too much force, the ball should hit the target planet, fly out of the screen and wrap around all the planets to finally sweep back through the hole. i know it is kind of hard, but this is the best place i've found to get over 3k.
this game is awesome - so simple; it starts off easy and gets very hard very fast, but every time you replay you get better. the trick is to REMAIN CALM!! my high score is 1836, but once i got to level eight with the revolving pixels i got owned. again - great game! make another.
dammit i didnt know you get bonus points for each day that you survive, so i battled my way to 100k regular points... did 3x more work than i had to - dont make my mistake! really easy badge - just put it on easy in the options menu and get the minigun ASAP. oh yeah, and DONT PLAY FOR 40 DAYS!!! you should be fine around 20...
oh, by the way thundercleze, the deal with the boss is this: he is ultra ultra buff. when your timer runs out and he's still alive, you don't have to beat him - or rather, you don't GET to beat him - since he rewards you with $100k (not sure if this is true for all levels). BUT if you have other enemies around when the timer runs out, the game goes on but the enemies get really really mean. so yeah if you want the bonus for killing the boss, keep another dude around at the end of the timer. i never did - the only time i had to beat the boss was at the very end. otherwise, just survive him.
wow that game was actually really hard - even with the antimatter shield. I read the comments about it so i got it really early... but whenever the timer runs out and you have 5 guys still shooting at you they go insane and shoot 10x more often. it took me a week... can't believe some of you did it without the antimatter shield though - so many times i had projectiles coming from every angle; don't know what i would've done without it... oh, thats right, i would have DIED. good game.
