I reccomend against buying the pickpocket perk, since most of your money is from breaking gates and jawbreaker. In fact, I think it might actually cost you more money than it makes by the time you beat the game.
I think the only people who can beat the boss are the ones lagging to hell, and the only ones who can beat the toaster are the ones not lagging to hell.
