So many moments during the panic when they're like, "Quickly, while they're murdering that woman! Let us escape!" And they escape until wonder back into the fight by accident.
I bet you when they changed the compound attacking undead A.I. to ignore the one entrance you may have open and just attack anywhere, they listed it as "Undead A.I. improvements"
These guards have no peripheral vision. I thought one was going to find the body, that was literally to his left, but then he turns right and walks away.
Feels like you're controlling retarded gerbils when they get negative emotion after you're gone for a few months and they're starving to death because they can't get off their butts and take from the gardens or water collector and put it into a refrigerator. More like a fussy mother in the apocalypse simulator with that and gear and weapon management rather than a survival simulation as a leader. Don't get me wrong, it's kind of fun honestly. However, it starts off nice as a bullet from a gun right into the exploration and scavenging... Then slows to a painfully slow crawl as an undead with no legs. Considering how we'll have to wait an hour after finishing a five minute mission in the later levels and have to wait two hours for our people to add extra shelves to a refrigerator. And even to boot, how we have to attract survivors as a courtesan trying to attract customers. Honestly; in an undead apocalypse, I wouldn't care if they didn't have another bed, I'd sleep in the car.
I may have a bad connection issue, but I have to say, wouldn't it be great you opened the island to the east sometime as a multiplayer zone? As in just the leader goes in and it's players fighting against HERC troops trying to "contain" the virus.
I still don't think that people should be allowed to buy protection after having a bounty placed. Really, at least blank it out. Why should the person attacked have to pay fuel taken by the bounty office when the other guy pays his fuel to get protection? It is not fair for the one who pays for it.
Can we just disable protection after gaining a bounty? Why should they be getting away with it? It's unfair for the person who was assaulted to pay fuel to the Bounty Board for no reason just because the other guy A: Scavenged enough fuel or B: bought fuel and bought protection. It's just something that needs to be disabled, or at the very least the bounty activated the moment they exit protection.
You see, ths game is marked under the tag of "Time management" that isn't what we want. I know it's made to add realism and such. That's the thing that's holding it back. Everything else is great.
OH LOVELY! They ended up making unscheduled maitenence because there was ABSOLUTELY no warning. That's lovely because I was in the middle of scavenging a street!
Has anyone noticed the connection problems from the server? It made me lose two blue quality guns I found in one raid, one was a silencer pistol which would've been helpful.
You know what would be interesting? You see that REALLY red island east of Union Bridge and the like? Maybe it can be the area where you face off with HERC troops. And maybe even make it a multiplayer zone where you send only the leader to head in so we can avoid the lag and having to multitask survivors. Just a thought, a multiplayer zone with HERC troops to gun down.
