for level 16 you must get the ice to lean towards the boat so that they all fall in. cut the ledge of the viking farthest up in so that he lands on the bottom one causing them to in the boat. it may take a while to get it right

hey mrawsome3 for lvl 23 cut the top wires except for the one closest to your goal then cut the one your on when u sway closest to the goal.
