If anybody wants FULL stats u need to have open/empty slots and have bought top tier skull flag before hand and then purchase the top tier treasure then check ur ship, go back to shop and hover mouse over top tier treasure and it will cost 2000 it is the top tier skull flag purchase it for all remaining slots
