@Marauder it has diminishing returns past level 400 which would be ~20% it probably diminished to a point where you earn so little that you recieve no increase.

It is sad, we won't receive the final update here, as kartridge has been completely deleted to my knowledge.

This game is an easy grind to max out the companions, as the chests give 15k, so just grind those for a while and become immortal :)
