This is slightly unfair for anyone not from America... About 3 out of 10 are in america, so if you don't live in America, you're not gonna know where Nashville is...
Once you attain 20 in bodybuilding, speed and vigor, the game gets pointless. As a stark one, I defeated Waizer in 2 turns... With Deathblow (x5 damage) and piercing (no armour) it does 500+ damage... Still, it's a good game, but the beginning learning curve is steep, as a player picking the wrong upgrades dies indefinitely, but then the later learning curve is too slow. The last levels pose almost no challenge if you've upgraded regularly...
For those of you wondering how people produce things fast - they don't. These things are projects. High speed manufacture means one of 3 things. A, they're a team of developers, B they were working on all of them for a long time, or C, they work on the same premise and just make slight modifications.
In order for a game to get badges, it must have kongregate API. Most developers can't be bothered to put this in. So, if you can't get a high score for a game, you can't get a badge. Tough luck badge wanters.
For those of you lost on the lad who tries to eat you, you go in the room with the floor tile that kills you. Walk on it and duck WHEN THE GUY IS NEAR YOU! He gets crushed, and another nice little quote!
Unfortunately, this game won't go down as a great. It's a good idea, unfortunately, players can get stuck and unable to complete levels extremely early on in the game. Also, the controls are a little wild. They tend to skid after letting go of the key, and the jumps aren't as reliable as they should be.
This is a very, very good game. Only one flaw that I encountered. The game speed is quite slow. Even at 3x, it still doesn't run optimally. In agreement, the first wave also should start earlier.
Right, in all, a good game idea. But, one thing to note. It should be IMPOSSIBLE for a player to spend all of their cash without any method of getting more. I have this capitalised because it still happened. Basically, you should adjust it so that you can't buy items until you have some stock available, we don't want the players failing at day 1. Also, there needs to be a reset button in the menu somewhere, in case you epicly screw up.
I lol'd at reading the preloader comments. They flew by so fast I could only get half of them, but I like the idea of "most of us don't really care, so screw it." I especially liked the idea of using shrooms as weapons.
It depresses me when on Nekon attack I kill all of the on-screen enemies, not a single one gets past, I use bonus magnet to catch the orbs and I still don't win.
To defeat anything, i found that piercers work until shellers are available. Just sit there with them upgraded enough and they do it for you. Was a great game, but the last level lagged terribly for me.
I'm pretty sure I glitched something. I'm unsure how, but on level 15 i somehow ended up with a phenomenal score... Someone else get this? I have been repeating levels because of training, and it didn't happen then...
