How about a mute button for the music, also the daily log on button is in the way of active buffs. Being able to move buttons or even making them smaller might help organize the interface.
Controls are very touchy, you could give the ball a little my like bounciness off objects since it is a tennis ball, mixed feelings with the guy walking around, I like that he is there gives it a "I'm bored at work, so lets kick this over sized tennis ball into the garage can" feel to it, but might for older machines might slow it down (just saying, I like him) I liked your menu buttons and the lay out of everything.
