Not sure if it's my comp or if everyone can experience, but does anyone get that when there's a popup or when choosing server, it's just these squares/rectangles?
@To those who say I hack Yes, I've hacked before, it's part of computer engineering. They actually teach us how to hack so you know how to stop hacking, because you've hacked yourself. I've never tried hacking anything big, but it's actually surprisingly to hack anything that isn't owned by google/big companies. I've hacked a few that our teacher created, and a couple of small websites. This is hacking stuff that you can teach yourself, but I'm no where near Anonymous level. I just know rudimentary stuff, and also about coding.
Just on the note of Diablo III and Maplestory, this is what usually happens which makes it easy to hack. Because of the massive amount of players, it stores the enemy files/your character files etc. on your computer, and the server will just provide server info/number of enemies etc. Becuase of this, if you hack, you just have to change the variables on your end and it'll be sent to the server. Of course, MMORPG Creators would make programs to check for things out of the ordinary. That's why you bypass that (You can't modify, it's on the server and it'd be instantly recognised because it is too obvious and you can easily get traced.) and when the packet is sent, as long as it isn't outrageous, you won't get noticed. However, with EE, because it is so small, it is on the server, thus you have less files on the computer, but more players connected. This means all you do is brute force into the server, then modify certain variables. It's on the server, not your comp, so it's hard to trace.
@hummerz5 Actually, that's not true. Servers are wayyyy easier to hack due to the many variables. I know because of personal experience. The only things that are hard to hack is like the bigger companies, eg. google, but that's where pro hackers come in. For small things, you can pretty much brute force hack through anything. Anyways, it's pretty easy to hold space then lose focus on the screen for repetitive jumping (Then put [Main:Enter:Close] ["velocity"=10]) and it'll catch it off. The thing is, the simple measures of counter hack is very hard to make, and the more people there is, the easier it is to hack. Why do you think Diablo III, or Maplestory can be hacked so easily? It's just making sure that you do everything efficiently and surreptitiously so they can't trace IP. I don't think you have experience in computer engineering.
Number, you have no idea how coding works. That would be even easier to abuse. Just hack into EE and change some numbers. Hacking is actually easier than everyone thinks, and creating keyloggers take only half an hour as well (They teach you in Computer Engineering so you know how to stop hacking.)
Yeah, wish this was a fishing MMO. Still though, at least it isn't an MMO currently. I mean, who wants outrageous premium prices, a crazy energy system and a developer who doesn't listen to feedback?
Bosses are pretty stupid, especially boss rush. I did all 5 regular bosses with perfect (Not getting hit. Atropos took 23 tries to perfect though :/), but bosses are BS because of the insane amounts of hp combined with an average, just endurance patterns generally, at least until the 5th boss. Boss rush takes forever to do, and the warp core part (Need 120%) is even more infuriating. If I even beat Boss Rush, I would have no use for the warp core, as there is little replayability for players to mess around with an OP Warp Core. Anyway know what it does anyway?
Thanks for the advice ,we will improve it in the next build
