Man, both sides are stupid: Enemy should like, totally bomb us or something, and send all the tanks at once and fire them at the same time. The defender should like...get some minions for goodness's sake!

I never thought of it. But actually that's the bar's full length. When the bar goes past it it has a percentage higher than 100. I should have thought of this sooner. :P

Wow, are my penguins all deslexic or something? Cause apparently, penguins can't hit turtles 95% of the time. Maybe it's cause these turtles are fast now! Man, this game is hilarious.
I love seeing new games being made by you Gamebuilder15. I know I've said this before, but large companies such as ArmorGames tend to care less about 1 seeming insignificant comment. Small developers, like Gamebuilder15 care though. A cookie for that. Developer response is a cool addition to help players and developers communicate. Now back to the game. Nice, but finances is stupid. Finances are so small compared to the half a mil you'll start earning soon, that you can even skip paying them. Other then that, legendary. Love how you have several sound tracks which all all trance (which I love. Me and GB15 share the same interest in trance) and the improvements from the first. 5/5. Looking forward to seeing more.
Needs a friend system, maybe different "battle modes" (FFA, Team Mode, ), changing the time limit of attacking/expanding and placing units in your regions, maybe some sort of guild/alliance system (make it have a requirement though, so it isn't spammed. Maybe Level 15), spells/abilities (to make drawn battles less likely/turn the tide of a battle) and a draw button.
