As a Biology major, I absolutely love this game. Started thinking back to all of my courses and what I knew about most of the compounds prior to opening the wikipedia article.
Okay, when I saw this game on the front page. I got super excited!!!! I fell in love with the first and found myself wasting hours and hours in end getting to the 100th floor. Thanks so much for making a second one!!!!!!
I don't know if this was intentional, but when you level up the enemy, the weaker enemies that were already on the board give the same amount of kill cash as the leveled up one, while still having the same amount of hit points as those from the level before. This is a really fun game overall. I love these types of games, but I definitely agree with the commenters below me about adding more upgrades like another turret and splash damage like Dragray mentioned.
@Cydira, I like that idea a lot. Maybe make it so when you combine the resurrection stones, they resurrect you with more health than they would just by themselves.
I think I found a solution to the crashing problem. I know I was having it after the update, but if you delete and reinstall the Unity plugging, that seems to fix it, haven't had a crash since than.
Love the Papa's game series. Never gets old. Love the idea that you get to customize your character. I can't help but crave WingStop after playing this.
Really fun game. Love all the games Nerdock has made. Love the artwork and everything. The squid gun is so epic. Reminds me a little bit of Vector from Despicable Me. Either way, this game has a high replay value trying to beat your previous best. I found that saving the spike tires for the metal crates saved a lot of time especially saving one for that pile at the very end.
Wow this is a really fun game, love the concept and the strategy to it, just wish it could be longer and maybe have it so we can have stages and we have to survive each stage to get to the next one. Like begin with algea to sea weed, to kelp, and work our way up to land flora like grass and flowers and than end with giant sequoias or something. I know that can mean a lot of work for you, but it would be nice to at least make the game a little longer, its sooo much fun and has amazing potential.
I want to take the time to thank you for this amazing game. I'm going to be honest and say at first glance, I wasn't too excited about the game because I'm not the biggest detective, mystery fan out there, but once I gave it a chance and continued on, it really changed my perspective completely around.
Just everything about this game was very well done; the photography, the music, the storyline, and the gameplay were all unique to each and every setting and it really kept me hooked all through it all. The game as a whole really kept me on edge and it made me take the time to think like an actual detective and it was awesome to be drawn in like that and feeling like your in Bela's shoes.
I'm looking forward to the sequels. Keep up the awesome work.
If I'm not mistaken, Silengames made both this and Icy Gifts, which makes sense why they are pretty similar, but it was still a fun time waster when I played it yesterday on their site.
Oh god I love this game so much. I loved the first one, but this one is like 10x more awesome. I pretty much laughed for like a half an hour at the first upgrade for menu music XD
lol awesome game sadly I was never the master of bullet hells like this and touhou, though I tried touhou ad that game is a lot more insane, at least you're allowed more than 1 hit in this game. One of my friends was playing it soo much last year, he made it to the end and than some.
Man this game was very well done,it was simple and fun. I played it 3 times already XD. Great small time waster. I would love to see more chain reaction games like this.
