The first level was fun. Very uninteresting afterwards. Upgrade aspect sets it apart from other games of this kind but the computer never gets harder and doesn't know how to prioritise objectives. Stacked Def, Str, and Rep to max and was winning every game in 15-30 seconds.
3/5, funny concept and executed pretty well, just too simple and short though. 1/5 to the idiots giving the game a bad score cause they can't figure out how to play the game.
Not bad, except its one of those games that should have a definate end rather then infinate crap.3/5 mainly cause of the graphics. one thing that bugged me was that I died with health.
Bad, very very bad. I cant get past the 3rd lvl because its just so horrible. I didnt realize so many dark city allys looked the same and were populated by white men with scars and 4 different hair cuts in tuxes. And the 3rd lvl I just kept retrying till I happened to shot the right guy at random. The story sucked, horrible.
haha, 1/5 cause I hate it. Says its random but I'm not so certain on that, Medium and hard achievements and in game achievements are pure luck. I hate these games that reward the lucky but bone those that naturally suck at life
I dont wanna complain because I'm unlucky, but the computer getting 5 3 new rolls in one turn then 4 new rolls for the win is just crazy if it were pure chance, especially considering only 1 new roll occured throughout the entire game up to that point
Of course its Guitar Hero knock off, Guitar 'Geek', anyone not notice that needs to be told its a knock off. Just stfu and play the game or dont. As for the game it was well done and the graphics and gameplay was smooth, Definately need to make it harder though, the songs were a little long, but if lyrics were added it might make the length not so much an issue. I also like it was a DDR key play rather then the GH
I'm just commenting on this so it might have a chance to be fixed. I rammed a cop and he flew into a pack other vehicles, everything exploded while I was a fair distance away and I lost 10k.
Lvls are to freakin long, and I get to the first boss fight and cant beat it cause the boss has a rediculus amount of damage and hp, and have to start all over again
I'm playing on easy for a relaxing game and it's really quite difficult. And the graphics are meant to be bad, as if you scribbled them on a whiteboard on a boring day at work. Get it? Whiteboard defense?
Try better, many problems with Achilles present themselves here. The playability sucks, with 5 attacks with the same button combo I dont even need to mention the issue there. I have died many times because a series of attacks didnt mesh well. Add item drops from enemies and an equip menu and an actuall shop to upgrade weapons and the like will make this game loads better alone. Make the attacks more complex, more equips, all I can think of right now.
A few recomendations, the buying of new weapons and troops is pretty good, though a few more could be added for longer battles, but it'd also be good to upgrade the troops you have so when you have everything you can still do stuff. Also make it so you can damage your own troops with strikes. You can't set of an H-bomb in your own army just to kill the enemies.
Has the potential to be really really good, not quite there. As AMeta said there needs to be some sorta objective or story line or side objectives during the battle to engage the player more. Other then that the pause button pemanently freezes the game. 4/5, great graphics, sound, gameplay, and playibility, just wasnt entertaining enough to give that last star.
Not gripping enough, add different enemies, weapons and upgrades. Defense games always have the chance to be great games, just depends on how well they're done. Also add a mute/volume button and more unique music and sound fx. 2/5
