btw, building all buildings do not give you access to all dungeon automatically. For some of the dungeons, you have to clear out some of the existing ones or a particular skills reaching a certain level before they show up
it does need more quests for the merc/merchant sides or increasing the scores for those quests or else it is very very difficult to become an ally in that faction.
