@asmodous: in that level you only really need to hurry with the two escape pods in the middle, whih are in lower ground, the rest are on pretty high ground and chances are the creeper won't get to them before you kill it.
@bertalach: it's the four skills in the bottom left, are you sure you've unlocked him? you need to get all four of the achievements in his window, and then click "get it now"
@mongoloid: he's in central quarter's first scout mission
@fgh: the grab skill does have one downside, the captured enemies's kills won't count as yours, so you don't money for them and they won't increase your kill count in survival (they do count in mop up), they also tend to interfere in the guard's training
the challenge missions need a rethink, time attack and sudden death specifically, I could only complete the very first sudden death, timed ones just feel impossible, in between the useless AI and the fact that I can only use the very first equipment upgrade (also meaning I cna't use the second skill) I can't even kill a third of the enemies before the stage ends (I alos lose about ten sesconds ust to get to the enemies before I start attacking)
in physics puzzle game, if you can make the exact same moves at the exact same moments and get different results, then the game is poorly made and luck dependant (and luck is the last factor that should be present in a puzzle game)
@hussein777: their voices are different, for starters the hoplites have a way deeper voice, they also have different scripts, off the top of my head, hoplite: "it ends now", "see you in hell", "for honor and glory". While farmer: "stop! stop!", "you're dead, slave", "stay away", later the duelists say "die!", "it's you and me!", "get ready"
A few tips for the upcoming impossible: 1.after killing an enemy or successfully blocking an attack there will be a white flash and a "whoosh" sound, this is the moment you can move again, so if you see another enemy that's when you have to type the next key (after jumping, you can move again when the horses front hooves hit the ground) 2. hold down the right/D key, this makes you go faster and finish levels quicker, but also means you can let it go to slow down, useful if you think you won't be able to make the next move in time, in the last level sprinting also lets you outrun riders without having to deal with their attacks (one less thing to worry about) 3. pay close attention to sound qeues, they're the only way to react in time to duelists, farmers can be killed off-screen to save time if there's nothing in front of them (remember wich enemy says what, hoplites have the deepest voice, duelists shout like they're crazy)
@seismic: in late game each race has a unit of their own, like the giant troll, the undead flailer or the marcolite musketeer, they're also each faction's strongest available unit.
@slayzer: never played high elves, but their special seems decently stong, and their unique unit is pretty badass too (the whirler is the guy from warlords heroes)
