I am really enjoying this game so far... My only complaint is that the difficulty does not ramp up quickly enough. It is getting to the point where doing the puzzles is more of a chore because there isn't a lot of variety or challenge. But I love the concept.
I really enjoyed this game, but like other players I do wish that there was a bit more to it. Maybe upgrades that let me click in a larger radius? Maybe more fish. Not sure, but it seems like something is missing.
No d100? ZERO STARS! Just kidding, this got a 5 from me. But still... Think about adding a d100. Not many people have one kicking around, so that would be one of the most useful dice to have simulated.
That may be fair. It's a much simpler game than a lot. Most of the game is based around decision making to try and optimize your score. Choosing to clear bugs early, aiming for berries as much as possible (they are worth more than their tuber counterparts), and other decisions can have large effects on end-game score. That's the intent anyway. Glad you like the art
I really enjoyed this game until the bug that freezes the game when you collect too many gems at once killed me one to many times. I won't be playing again until that is fixed.
I gave this game 5 stars, as it excels in every artistic and gameplay related way. However, I frequently need to multitask, and have the need to disable sound in games on occasion. If this game has not been so great otherwise, I would have rated it lower for that reason alone.
I played through this entire 'game', expecting that there might be a screen at the end revealing the joke. Maybe Dr. Octopus mooning the player through the screen or something.
I like the perma-death aspect. However, I think that in order to reduce the sense of loss, maybe you could allow adventurers to keep one item when they restart. That would encourage you to get as far as you can and get the best single item which you could keep next time through.
i think the game is good but make it a dab more fun.im not saying i hate the game,i just wanted the game to be more fun because all the game does is let yo control a monster that does nothing but grab stuff and tell a story about someones dream about falling in love with the majesty of colors.
This game is really good, but too easy. Once you have the random gun upgrade and the unlimited ammo upgrade, you are only halfway through. The game is great up to that point. After that, it is just a chore to complete the game, because everything is too easy.
There is a d100, did you use the custom dice screen?
