Dudra the way the % works is ike this 50% means your attack will roll 50 evey time on the other hand who your trying to hit rolls a 100 sided dice so his dice roll avg is 50 also and that leads to you missing more then 50% of the time the%next to the attack is misleading but sadly thats jsut how it works
