I don't get why this game is getting such high ratings. The character designs are pretty bad, the incessant chatter is annoying. Plays too much like other existing flash RPGs.
it is a challenging game, but it's hardly impossible
instead of showing you exactly what you have to do, it gives you a basic instruction at each step then you have to use the visual cues to figure out what exactly you need to do
it's a matter of trial and error before you get everything down to the point where you can complete a surgery
it takes skill and patience
this game seems pretty fun and rather deep at first, but the main story just fails to explain anything at all (unless the extra 4th chapter finally explains that)
the equipment system is actually very shallow and simplistic once you get into the game and there's very little variety available at a given level range aside from how you distribute your points
decent game, had a lot of potential, but could have been much more interesting
