This is a well executed redux, and while I fully understand the appeal of reviving an old classic and appreciate the amount of work that went into it, to me it hardly seems appropriate for what is essentially a beefed-up port to win a contest that is supposed to be about creativity, especially considering how interesting some of the other entries were.
to clarify: the explosions hurt you WAY more than the money you get for the kills if you're ANYWHERE near them. this is true even with the highest armor, and the better weapons mean more destruction which, in turn, means more money lost.
even killing only the cops still ultimately loses you money. the only weapon that kind of avoids this is the oil slick, which is not very helpful. still fun though 3/5
