To anyone who is annoyed by the "you can't do this- PAY! - you can't do that-PAY!" stuff just look up Warlight (it's on Kong too), which is a supernice Risk game (also has multiplayer) and most importantly it's 100% free and not constantly begging for money. I admit, devs need to make money too, I would pay Premium if I like a game but you are charging $25 for unlimited premium which is simply too much for a flashgame.
Very nice game, great graphics and a nice transition of a game I love into fps (The Last Stand 1+2). Has a couple of flaws, I wished I could equip my survivors with unused weapons, I wish the aim wouldn't bug out on zombies that are close and thus at the bottom of the screen. Search time doesn't make sense in this game, usually you use a certain time searching, doing repais or resting but in this game there is no need for the time except for searching so it makes the whole point of search times arbitrary. Overall still great game, could use minor improvements for even more awesomeness.
The game had potential because it has relatively good graphics and game engine.
However, gameplay is a letdown, especially with the item collection levels. The issue with item collection isn't a matter of difficulty, it's a matter of stupidity. Collecting items by shooting ropes makes absolutely no sense.
Let's see, we got Double Dragon, Super Mario Bros, The Legend of Zelda, Balloon Fight, Mega Man, Contra, Punch-Out!! And all gameplay perfectly simulated. Nicely done, ahh the nostalgia.
I bought it for 50kreds and it's awesome! Been playing around 7 hours and still haven't beaten the story. Let alone any of the levels on hard. I love the RPG feeling you get leveling and equipping your characters. The Story is AMAZING I have never seen something like that in an TD and it really makes you know and love your characters. In other TDs they are just "towers" that you click to upgrade. Here you have real characters, items, skills, storyline. 5 bucks well spent, can't wait to see whats coming next!
I facepalm about everyone who complains he can't grind, max out all stats and wtfpwn everyone without brain. You guys totally missed the point of the game. It is a strategic game that requires brains.
Fun game! I love the upgrades and the strategy involved in this. The only negative is that you lose all your upgrades after you beat the game and try on harder mode. Feels kind of sad to lose all progress and having to start all over - even tho the game kind of tries to make up for it by rewarding more EXP.
For those who are stuck and the Ingame-walkthrough doesn't help because it only covers the first 13 stages I have made a full Walkthrough with all stages at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qFy3FUZOMu0
Shame it's only a demo. Would have been such an epic game if it was full. You would have made more money from prize+ads revenue if you released the full game on kong. Meh.
Thanks for reminding me, i fixed the jump so now when you jump you gradually fall back down, not instantaneously!
