thx for the bug report. yes, I may have to hard core diagonals in the future. It seems like some keyboard drivers figure out two directions being pressed at the same time, and some just take the first one pressed. Thanks again.

Thanks Flynn, that's a good idea. I think that should be easy enough to code in. If I fix this up, or make another shooter, I'll definitely do that.

lol...thanks. There are aliens in the game, and you have a problem with the A-10 shooting planes? For the record they only carry enough ammo for a few seconds of continuous firing, so the game would be pretty sad if it was realistic.

Haha, yeah. I just thought it was funny. All the sound fx were just my voice and playing with soundbooth. I might use flashkit to get better sound fx next time. Thanks for the input Insane.

Yeah, I had cooler backgrounds, but they were slowing the game down. Maybe I was doing something wrong. If you have any advice on having complicated scrolling backgrounds that won't slow things down, I'd be grateful. Oh, and the enemy spawning point is random with reference to an empty movie clip I have layered underneath the status bar. Thanks for the feedback, Chaz.

nah, the end isn't too bad, frog is easy and the last boss is easy with elves. Humans is possible, but I've only been able to do it with like 1000 left on my castle

something is buggy with the lord of hell and humans. He almost never does his ground pound against elves, but he does it whenever humans are in melee range of him. he's the easiest boss if you use elves, but I've yet to beat him with humans
