I actually hate the pig. I rage every time I see that sleazy pimped out bastard with his rings on every finger, gold tooth, and shit-eating grin. He looks like he's just waiting to rip me off.
after thinking about it a bit, I think a cooldown ability that attacks air units would help out significantly. Overall, challenge is a good thing, I don't think enemies need to be weakened.
i'm stuck on level 19, the game is good if really hard, possibly too hard in some instances. Air units are definitely a factor in this. Anti air towers are decent against the first two types of bombers but when you start seeing carriers and shields they become pretty useless, when fully upgraded and with support towers they can be ok but you have to allocate too much space for them to be effective.
Other than that, I really enjoy the puzzle like aspect of this game that forces you to figure out correct positions and tower combinations to deal with certain combinations of enemies. I find this feature is often absent in tower defense games.
At first I was a bit disappointed that they included premium content. But then I realized that most of the game was available for free and that the premium content costs like five bucks. Are you guys really that cheap?
good game but definitely needs some work. In epic mode I played the first two levels and though "oh neat he actually added special souped up units and totally changed the game play for each level" But then the difficulty sort of just tapered off after that. Most of the epic levels are just spam of one unit type which is too easily countered by spamming units that are strong vs. that type.
If you can, i'd suggest adding a hero unit to every epic level along with a variety of support units. At higher levels add more hero units and make sure to mix it up, don't just add the same unit three times.
(by hero unit I mean those tinted or scaled up units that are stronger than normal)
game reminded me of metroid a little. The story was creepy/interesting enough to capture my attention but the ending was anti-climactic to the extreme. It is definitely missing a story element but i'm not exactly sure what it might be. The bosses were also a bit on the easy side.
for everyone calling it "sub-average", you do realize this is a free game right? For free games this is about as good as it gets. If you don't like it, go buy a game produced by a development team using state of the art programming and graphics.
